Our role
The supply consists of the ARCADIS offices throughout the Netherlands: Arnhem, Assen, Apeldoorn, Amersfoort, Hoofddorp, Hoorn, Rotterdam, 's-Hertogenbosch and Maastricht.
Our role is the provision, management and coordination of FM services with the aim of optimizing the quality in relation to costs. AAFM provides ARCADIS services in the areas of: Facility Management, Facility Services, Operations, Real Estate and Projects.
The scope of FM services consists of Waste, Vending Machines, Security, Internal Planting, First Aid & Business Emergency Services, Catering, Communications (fixed telephony), Maintenance, Infrastructure, Office Equipment, Building Maintenance, Mailroom, Reception Services, MFP's and Cleaning.
About 30 people were transferred.

Added Value
The current contract is a second generation contract. In the first contract period, the emphasis was on achieving savings. Currently, the quality, the quality improvement and implementation of innovations the main thrust of the contract.
The intention is to form a partnership in which the joint effort is to use the current agreement as a reference to potential clients of AAFM and ARCADIS. Achieving synergy between the various business units within ARCADIS is an important goal.
The best possible implementation of the FM contract with ARCADIS is of major importance. The experience of a proper service to ARCADIS employees ensures that they can recommend our services to their own customers. In this way ARCADIS is able to provide their clients the cycle from design to management.
